Greg J. Ferguson is a partner at Kellerhals Ferguson LLP, and is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States Virgin Islands. Greg leads the corporate and transaction law departments of the firm whereby he utilizes his significant experience with Contracts, Corporate Transactions, Commercial Real Estate, Stock Purchases, Corporate Structuring, Government Relations and Contracting, Labor Law, and the Laws of the USVI Economic Development Program to assist both large and small companies conduct business in the USVI. Greg advises a wide range of clients including investment managers, real estate developers, restaurant owners, commercial tour operators, energy companies, and small business owners of all types. Greg advises in relation to, and drafts, the full range of employment documentation, including contracts for employment, employee handbooks, employment policies and procedures, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, independent contractor and consultancy agreements, and severance agreements. Greg also advises individuals with regards to estate planning including the drafting of wills and trusts.

A native of Arizona, Greg came to the United States Virgin Islands after finishing his law degree at The George Washington University Law School and his undergraduate degree in International Studies at the University of Arizona. Greg is a former Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay, where he worked in the Small Business Development Program. When not advising clients, Greg enjoys diving, boating, hiking, swimming, writing, playing guitar, and world travel. He is an active member of the St. Thomas Rotary Club. Greg recently authored the article "EDC Small Business Program" in the Virgin Islands Bar Journal.

Christopher Allen Kroblin is a civil litigator admitted to practice in New York and the Virgin Islands, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has practiced in the Virgin Islands since 2005. His primary focus is on commercial litigation which includes contract disputes, arbitration, employment law, and creditor's side bankruptcy representation. Chris also handles federal and local tax litigation cases as well as association, partnership, and corporate litigation matters. In addition to his general trial level practice, Chris handles a broad array of appellate issues as well.

Prior to his present position, Chris served as a judicial law clerk for Virgin Islands Supreme Court Justice Maria M. Cabret, in her former position as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. Chris graduated with honors from the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and he undertook graduate legal studies at The George Washington School of Law in Washington, D.C. While pursuing his course work, Chris interned for the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and externed for the Supreme Court of California. Chris served as Editor-in-Chief of his school's Law Review and published a Note entitled "Expanding the Jurisdictional Reach for Intentional Torts: Implications for Cyber Contacts," 31 Golden Gate U.L. Rev. 51 (2001). He holds a B.A. from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon where he studied abroad in both Kenya and Tanzania.
